A roll-up-your-sleeves-hands-on pasta workshop where you will make
fresh Basic Egg Pasta, Spinach Fettuccini, Beet Angel Hair, Ricotta
Herb Ravioli, and anything else you can create along with a fabulously
crunchy polenta pizza dough! When you arrive, you'll be greeted by
The Three Tenors and an heirloom tomato and mozzarella polenta pizza
made with dough that we'll make in the class.
We'll taste two wonderfully unique Italian white wines while I give
a brief background on the wines and the history of pasta, then we'll
roll up our sleeves and make fresh and flavored pastas. Afterwards,
I'll cook some of the pasta and serve it in my grandmother's famous
tomato sauceˇAnd you take home all the pasta you make! Mangia bene!

In our Artisan Bread Baking at Home class, you'll learn how to make Artisan Breads
in your home. First you'll learn the different ingredients you'll need,
where to buy them locally, and how to most efficiently set up your kitchen for home baking.
Then you'll roll up your sleeves and discover everything you "knead" to know about bread
while making, shaping, and baking great Artisan loaves.
